Our client is a leading global hospitality brand with an expanding footprint across vibrant, community-oriented hotel spaces in key cities worldwide. Renowned for their creativity and innovation in the industry, they are now seeking an exceptional eCommerce Director to propel their success to new heights.
What's On Offer To You:
- Lead the Charge: Take the reins in developing and executing strategic eCommerce initiatives, directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- Global Impact: Drive comprehensive online and traffic acquisition strategies, leveraging CRM, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and social media to elevate brand presence.
- Architect the Future: Define and manage the eCommerce roadmap and website, ensuring seamless user experiences and conversion optimization.
- Performance Pioneer: Analyze ROI, fine-tuning budgets to exceed revenue and traffic targets through innovative PPC campaigns and activations.
- Creative Collaboration: Foster innovative customer engagement strategies alongside our design team, enhancing the brand's digital presence.
- Content Visionary: Shape the content strategy for the website blog in tandem with our content team, engaging and captivating our audience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and analytics to drive continuous eCommerce platform enhancements.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee CRM functionality to ensure effective alignment across all business functions.
- Innovative Partnerships: Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and service providers to optimize eCommerce operations.
Your Qualifications:
- Drive and Ambition: Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, an organized, methodical approach, and the drive to lead impactful eCommerce initiatives.
- Visionary Leadership: Highly organized, creative, and forward-thinking problem solver with the ability to multitask and manage a demanding workload.
- Global Accessibility: Eligibility to work in the EU and readiness to work from our Central London office five days per week, facilitating close collaboration with the CCO.
Your Experience:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in senior eCommerce management roles or as a team lead/head of eCommerce, demonstrating a minimum of 5 years in eCommerce leadership.
- Strategic Acumen: Expertise in managing third-party technology vendors and service providers, coupled with a deep understanding of PPC campaigns and global strategy implementation.
- Analytical Insight: Profound knowledge of Google Analytics, complemented by a strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- CRM Mastery: In-depth understanding of CRM systems, with a track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
