Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all data entered into the Channel Management System is precise and up to current company standards.

• Support all mapping activities for channel implementation with connectivity via Channel Manager (Siteminder) or directly through CRS (Sabre).

• Assist in investigating and resolving rate parity issues across channels.

• Provide proactive support in identifying connectivity errors due to incorrect mapping or rate setup.

• Regularly review key channel extranets to ensure adherence to global distribution strategies.

• Proactively audit corporate rate code production (especially on GDS) to ensure visibility issues are avoided.

Your Profile:

• Thrive in a fast-paced, driven environment, with agility and adaptability as your strengths.

• An independent self-starter with a passion for numbers, eager to learn new tools and meet challenging targets.

• Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Your Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience with Siteminder, Synxis, and Extranets (OTA/wholesale).

• Desirable: Experience with MEWs PMS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Systematic, self-motivated, and a great team player.
