Graphic Designer

Adaptive Digital, a specialized division of Adaptive Business Group, is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for to join owner-managed full-service advertising agency as Graphic Designer.

This role is based in 30 min. northern from Frankfurt, with hybrid cooperation.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in communication design or equivalent training in media design
• Approximately 2 years of experience in implementing diverse communication strategies across print and digital platforms
• Strong design skills and a discerning eye for color, layout, typography, and typesetting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Familiarity with CMS systems and sharing platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
• Open, communicative, and flexible team player
• Proficient in both German and English

Your Responsibilities:

• Visualizing materials for sales communication
• Conceptualizing and creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts
• Developing print materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, folders, and posters, occasionally including PowerPoint presentations
• Executing projects independently
• Inputting content into CMS systems
